APPLICATIONS OF REPRESENTATION BY POLES AS A WAY TO APPROXIMATE WRAPPING CURVES OF PROFILES ASSOCIATED TO ROLLING CENTRODS

Abstract: In this paper, a development of curves representation by poles, when representing plain profiles of wrapping surfaces associated to rolling centrods, is presented. The cases of generating by using pinion cutters or rotating cutters are considered. Numerical examples of method application, in some concrete situation,s are also included.
